SAFE Training Programs

Website, programme content and design support for a specialist training provider.

SAFE Programs needed a clear, professional platform to present a wide range of safety, awareness, de-escalation and self-protection training services to businesses, organisations and community groups.

The project focused on shaping the brand, website structure and supporting materials around a more joined-up message — making the programmes easier to understand, easier to promote and easier for potential clients to enquire about.

Project overview

SAFE Programs provides practical safety and awareness training for businesses, frontline teams, hospitality venues, community groups and organisations that need to support staff confidence, personal safety and de-escalation skills.

The challenge was to present a broad set of training options in a way that felt clear, credible and easy to navigate.

My role was to help shape the website, refine the programme structure, create supporting design materials and give SAFE a stronger platform for promotion, enquiries and future campaign activity.

The Challenge

SAFE Programs had a strong real-world training offer, but the online structure needed to make the different programmes easier to understand.

The website and supporting materials needed to:

  • Present multiple training programmes clearly
  • Explain who each programme was for
  • Support both business and community enquiries
  • Feel professional and credible for corporate audiences
  • Keep the language practical and accessible
  • Create a stronger foundation for future marketing and campaign activity
  • Connect website content, social assets and printed materials more consistently

The Approach

The website was planned around SAFE’s different training routes, helping visitors quickly understand which programme best matched their organisation, team or setting.

Rather than presenting everything as one broad training offer, the content was structured into clear programme areas for staff safety, frontline workers, hospitality teams, community groups, security, women’s safety, education settings and bespoke training needs.

The tone was kept professional, practical and accessible — credible enough for business and organisational audiences, but still clear and easy to understand.

Alongside the website, I created supporting branded materials including brochures, certificates, stationery, business cards and presentation folder artwork, giving SAFE Programs a more consistent presence across web, print, training sessions and promotional activity.

The result is a stronger platform for enquiries, outreach, LinkedIn activity and future campaigns.

The Result

SAFE Programs now has a clearer and more professional platform for presenting its training services to businesses, organisations and community groups.

The website gives each programme a more defined place, making it easier for visitors to understand the offer and take the next step. Supporting print and digital materials help reinforce the brand across meetings, training sessions, proposals and promotional activity.

The project created a stronger foundation for ongoing marketing, giving SAFE Programs the structure, content and visual consistency needed to promote its services more clearly.

  • Clearer programme structure
  • More professional online presence
  • Stronger messaging for business and community audiences
  • Branded materials for training, proposals and promotion
  • More consistent visual identity across web, print and digital
  • Better foundation for future campaigns and content
